Meet The Team

Once a stray kitten in Japan, Milton, the cross eyed Siamese, has an important job here at Still Ground Counseling, PLLC. Her vocal nature lends to state of the art testing of white noise machines and noise cancellation abilities of microphones and headphones. You may hear her during our sessions, but don't worry, she always has your best interest at heart. 

Your counselor, Sam, is professional when she needs to be, but at the end of the day is just a person doing her best in life like everyone else. Outside of the office, she enjoys tending to her garden, going on photography adventures, trying new recipes, and teaching dance classes. While her chronic illnesses may limit her physical abilities, she has learned to adapt and lean into ways her own bodily experience may inform the therapeutic process. 

Marty might have been an abandoned runt at one point of his life, but now he's the life of the party. His sweet nature makes him the purrfect assistant and his fearless curiosity lends to great stories. He might ask to join our sessions occasionally and promises he will be a good listener.
